Verification activities are implemented in line with applicable standards, programming requirements and internal procedures.
Impartiality Statement
We solemnly commit to maintaining independence, impartiality and objectivity in our verification activities:
- Not be influenced by any commercial,financialor other pressures;
- Identify, analysis and manage risks that may affect impartiality;
- Refrain from engaging in consulting activities that couldimpactindependence;
- Ensure all decisions are based on objective evidence;
- Strictly protect client information.
We will regularly review impartiality risks and take necessary measures to ensure the credibility of verification activities.

Complaints and Appeals
We have established a complaint and appeal mechanism to ensure that stakeholders' views are handled fairly, impartially and in a timely manner.
• Complaints about audit activities;
• Complaints about the conduct of auditors;
• Appeals against verification decisions;
• Comments on services.
Remarks:
The following situations are not covered by the scope of appeals, complaints and disputes:
a) Those that have already entered judicial proceedings;
b) Those beyond the business scope of CCIC Germany GmbH;
c) Those for which both parties have reached a mediation agreement and implemented it, with no new issues arising;
d) Those that do not comply with German laws and regulations, or the relevant provisions and decisions of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) or the EU CORSIA MRV mechanism;
e) Those for which the supporting evidence or materials are incomplete;
f) Those that have already been handled by the relevant competent administrative authority.
